Refund policy

Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Return Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a misprinted or damaged T-shirt, please email velmorainfra@gmail.com with a photo within 48 hours. we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Options: We offer size exchanges if the desired size is in stock.

Non-returnable Items: Custom-designed T-shirts (personalized with names) and innerwear are not eligible for return.
